MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is executed between Moda Days Tekstil Reklam Fotoğrafçılık Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Company") and the individual ("Member") who wishes to become a member of the wholesale e-commerce website with the domain name clothesfast.com ("Site").

Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the creation and use of a membership by the Member to purchase the Company's wholesale products and utilize other related services through the Site.

Membership Application and Approval

The individual wishing to become a member must complete the required information accurately and fully on the Site. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject the application. Once the membership application is approved by the Company, the provisions of the Agreement are deemed accepted, and the Member may start using the Site.

Member Rights and Responsibilities

1. The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account on the Site. Account information should not be shared with others, and the Member must take precautions against unauthorized access.
2. The Member must use the Site in accordance with the law, this Agreement, and the rules set by the Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member's account in cases of misuse or unlawful activities.
3. The Member is required to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information for transactions on the Site. Otherwise, the Company disclaims any liability.
4. The Member must respect the Company's intellectual property rights and refrain from using the content provided by the Company without authorization.

Company Rights and Responsibilities

1. The Company has the right to offer, update, modify, or terminate the services provided on the Site. Such changes can be made without any obligation to notify the Member.
2. The Company may monitor or restrict the Member's use of the Site as necessary.
3. The Company has the right to suspend or terminate the Member's account without being obligated to disclose any reason.

Privacy

The Member's privacy rights are subject to the Company's Privacy Policy. By becoming a member, the Member agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services on the Site. The Member uses the Site at their own risk.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, Turkish law shall apply, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

This Membership Agreement has been executed electronically between the Parties. The Parties acknowledge and agree electronically that this Agreement fully contains their rights and obligations, and they undertake to comply with its provisions.

This Agreement constitutes a membership agreement concluded by the Parties with their mutual consent.
