DELIVERY AND RETURN AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are indicated below, which the BUYER orders electronically from the SELLER's "www.clothesfast.com" website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulations on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type, quantity, and sale price of the product(s) are specified on the website.
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL TERMS
4.1- The BUYER acknowledges having read and understood the basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the product(s) on the SELLER's website and gives necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2- The product(s) will be delivered within the time frame indicated on the website, depending on the distance to the BUYER's location, without exceeding the legal 30-day period.
4.3- If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible if the recipient refuses delivery.
4.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, with the correct specifications as stated in the order, and with any applicable warranty documents and user manuals.
4.5- The signed copy of this agreement must be delivered to the SELLER, and the product price must be paid using the BUYER's chosen payment method before the product can be delivered.
4.6- If the product is delivered, but the payment is not processed or is cancelled by the bank, the SELLER is no longer responsible for delivering the product.
4.7- In cases of force majeure or transport disruptions, the SELLER must notify the BUYER. In such cases, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone the delivery until the obstacle is removed.
4.8- Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to purchase from the SELLER.
4.9- The SELLER is not responsible for price errors caused by typographical or system errors.
4.10- The SELLER reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change the content and features of all products sold on the website.
4.11- By completing the order, the BUYER agrees to all the terms of this agreement.
ARTICLE 5 - RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1- In accordance with the law, the BUYER has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods. The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
5.2- If the BUYER returns the product, the SELLER will reimburse the amount, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days after receiving the product back.
